Mentsuru Gangnam Branch

Mentsuru Gangnam is a Japanese ramen restaurant near Gangnam Station and Gangnam CGV, serving shoyu, shio, toripaitan, and motsu ramen. Tsukemen here means thick, cold noodles dipped into a rich, heavily seasoned soup. You go up the stairs, order at the kiosk at the entrance, then take a seat, and the basic ramen comes with all toppings. The gopchang (grilled intestines) is clean and free of odor.
