Matdon Chuksan

Matdon Chuksan is a grill house between Gangnam Station and Yeoksam Station that serves specialty cuts of nanchuk matdon pork over charcoal. The Matdon A set includes ogyeopsal, pork collar, guanjasal, teokmit sal, kkodeul sal, pork jowl, and jeonji sal, and staff explain each cut and grill it themselves. Staff grill the meat and serve it piece by piece with recommended sauces, along with eoriguljeot, myeoljeot, saeujeot, naengmyeon, and sundubu. It is crowded even on weekdays, so reservations are required.
