Labiok is a galbi restaurant near Yeoksam Station in Seoul that serves LA galbi and yangnyeom galbi. Its signature dish, nunkkot jin galbi los gui, uses flower galbi short rib meat aged for more than 14 days, and staff grill the pre-cooked meat at the table with a torch show. The space is a newtro interior based on a hanok, and myeongnanjeot gyeranjjim, saleoreum muksabal, and bibim kalguksu can be ordered alongside. On weekday lunchtimes the dining room fills with office workers.
