Kkokki Kkokki Chicken Hof

Kkokkikko Chicken Hof is an old chicken-and-beer spot near Gangnam Station on the Shinbundang Line, serving old-style whole chicken, dakttongjip twigim, and beer. The fried chicken comes with a thick, crisp coating that carries a light curry note, and the dakttongjip twigim is served with cheongyang gochu and garlic. It opened in 1985 and has operated at its current location since 2000, and there can be a wait during busy hours. The space is small with tables set close together, so you sit almost against the next table.
