Kim Namwan Sushi serves sushi, stir-fried udon, and assorted hoe (raw fish platter) near Yeoksam Station, and office workers make up its regular crowd. The signature sushi places a thick slice of fish over a small amount of rice, and the aged fish has a chewy texture. The lunch set comes with udon, salad, and fried shrimp, and the udon broth gets its distinct taste from shichimi. The wasabi is not freshly grated.
