It serves hand-pulled noodles made by a Japanese craftsman, with thin udon noodles and a clean broth, and a tonkatsu and soba set among its representative menu items. The restaurant has group rooms, so it is used for family gatherings and formal meals. The portion of soba noodles is on the small side.
