Jangho Wang Gopchang in Seoul serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and kimchi stew together. The kimchi stew is made with aged kimchi and whole pork, and the jjalra comes with intestines, ssamjang, garlic, and aged kimchi. Jjalra is sold only at lunch, and the intestine suyuk is boiled for five hours. The interior is large, so there is usually not much of a wait, and the portions are small.
