Hyundai Bukeo

Hyundai Bugeo (formerly Hyundai Gisa Sikdang) is a Korean restaurant in an alley behind Yeoksam Station and GFC in Seoul, serving bukeotang made with a whole bugeo and cheonggukjang. The bukeotang is simmered with radish in a spicy broth and comes with kimchi, musaengchae, putgopchu, and kongjorim as standard side dishes. The basement dining area is larger toward the back than at the entrance, and many office workers eat there, including solo diners. The bukeotang broth is sometimes served salty.
