Hotaru

Hotaru is a restaurant near Yeoksam Station in Seoul that serves Japanese ramen and rice bowls. Its ramen comes in tonkotsu, miso and shoyu styles with corn added, and the direct-flame butadon is another menu item people order. The noodles are thin like somyeon, chewy at first but they soften quickly. The restaurant is quiet in the evening and the service is on the disappointing side.
