Heungbuiga

Heungbuiga is a butcher-style restaurant in the Gangnam Station area of Seocho-dong that serves domestic pork and domestic Korean beef. It offers samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork jowl, sohanmari, and yuksashimi, with a doenjang jjigae placed in the center of the grill. Meat is cooked over a gas flame, and a closet is available for storing coats. Portions are small, so two servings per person is standard, and the samgyeopsal has a thick layer of fat.
