Haou Malatang

Haumalatang is a Chinese restaurant near Gangnam Station in Seoul that serves malatang and malaxiangguo. Customers pick their own ingredients, weigh them, and choose the spice level and mala level separately. The ingredients include corn noodles, shrimp, webfoot octopus, mung bean sprouts, and bok choy, while the sauce, rice, and mayu are taken from a self-service bar. Filling the bowl, paying, and getting side dishes and water are all self-service.
