Hanyul Makguksu

Hanyul Makguksu serves yukhoe makguksu and kodari makguksu in Seoul. The makguksu topped with yukhoe is eaten by pouring in the broth. There is usually a wait at lunchtime, but arriving around 11:30 a.m. allowed entry without a wait. The broth in the kodari mul makguksu has a strong vinegar taste, and a fishy flavor comes through.
