Guyeong Sliced Raw Fish Tuna & Sushi (Gangnam Branch)

Guyeonghoe Tuna & Sushi is a restaurant in Seoul that serves tuna, fish sushi, and hoedeopbap. The sushi rice is cooked so the grains do not clump, and it is eaten with a spoon, while salmon hoedeopbap and altang are also ordered. Sushi comes in sets of five, udon and corn cheese are served by default, and soy sauce is brushed onto the fish with a brush. The vintage interior depends on personal taste.
