Guullim

Guulrim is a meat restaurant near Yeoksam Station that serves bone-in samgyeopsal (pork belly) and tomahawk pork. The meat is grilled once, then placed at the edge of a cast-iron jeonriptu pan with a hollow center, where kimchi stew boils in the middle. The interior is clean, and the meat can be wrapped in perilla leaf or eaten with deodeok grilling and fried rice. The samgyeopsal is on the fatty side.
