Gokkupjip

Gokkopjip is a Seoul meat restaurant where staff grill samgyeopsal, pork collar, gabrisal, and chadolbagi at the table. The chadolbagi comes with buttered scallops and grilled baekkimchi, and kimchi-mari noodles and doenjang jjigae are also served. Meat is grilled from start to finish, and ordering rice brings doenjang jjigae with it. Reservations are required, and the small space gets loud when company dinners overlap.
