Eomji Kalguksu

Eomji Kalguksu is a small restaurant near Gangnam Station that serves kalguksu and sujebi. The noodles are cut by hand with a knife rather than extruded by machine, and the anchovy broth is served with kaljebi. The kimchi served alongside is a cool geotjeori. The broth is light and not heavily salted, so it does not suit those looking for strong flavors.
