Eobu Maeul

In Seoul, Eobumaeul serves live-fish hoe and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The fish is sliced to order and arranged on the remaining fish body, with many side dishes. The menu also includes maeuntang (spicy fish stew), altang, and dongtaetang. Serving hoe on the fish body is divisive (opinions are split).
