Dotgogi 506

Dotgogi 506 is a grilled-meat restaurant in a back alley behind the GFC Building at Yeoksam Station in Seoul. It serves 506-hour aged pork grilled over charcoal, including bone-in samgyeopsal (pork belly), samgyeopsal, and pork collar, with staff grilling the meat at the table. The meat is pre-seared and then finished over charcoal, orders are placed on a tablet at the table, and private rooms are available. Portions of meat are on the small side.
