Doraejip Gangnam Branch

Doraejip Gangnam serves gopchang, makchang and a special cut called doraechang at a gopchang grill on the main street of Gangnam Station. Doraechang has a texture between gopchang and daechang, crisp and chewy like fried chicken skin, and the makchang is served grilled. The entrance is built like a cave, and you ring a bell to enter, after which staff explain the menu and how to eat. The indoor restroom has hair ties, mouthwash and fabric freshener.
