Donkatsu Hae

Donkkaseuhae is a restaurant in Seoul specializing in handmade pork cutlets and sets with cold buckwheat noodles or mixed noodles. The loin pork cutlet is fried until crisp, and the cold buckwheat noodles come with a rich buckwheat broth. Seats fill quickly at lunchtime, and both dine-in and delivery orders are available. The pork cutlet portions are not generous.
