Don Uaelag

Donuuaerak is a pork restaurant near Yeoksam GFC in Seoul that serves Jeju geun-gogi. The Jeju set includes pork collar and intercostal meat, which are pre-grilled and then finished with a torch. The owner cuts and grills the pre-grilled meat at the table, and phone reservations are required because of the large number of group diners. The pork collar becomes somewhat dry once it cools.
