Dasamyeon

Dasamyeon is a noodle restaurant in Seoul, near the Renaissance Hotel intersection. It serves golbaengi bibim guksu, bibim guksu, and janchi guksu, with the noodles boiled to a chewy texture. At lunchtime a crowd gathers, but the noodles come out quickly. The interior is small, so parties of more than two people will find it uncomfortable.
