Chisot is a Japanese restaurant near Yeoksam Station in Seoul that serves freshwater eel dishes and sakedon. Its signature hitsumabushi coats eel in a tare sauce aged 72 hours and grills it three times over binchotan charcoal. Bar seating is available, and the hitsumabushi can be ordered in a mini size.
