Cheongsu Hoejip

Cheongsu Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in the back alleys of Yeoksam, near Gangnam Station, serving assorted hoe and seafood courses. Its seafood courses pair hoe with items such as abalone, octopus, and sea squirt. The C course brings croaker, flounder, and rockfish after seaweed soup and steamed egg, then finishes with grilled flatfish and maeuntang. The hoe plating is careless.
