Byeoryangjip

Byeolyangjip is a specialty restaurant for beef tripe and daechang (beef large intestine) that has been operating for over 30 years near Seolleung Station in Seoul. Staff grill the tripe and daechang over charcoal at the table, and the meal ends with kkakdugi yangbap. The basement holds several private rooms, and the dining floor is large. Two people can eat three portions of grilled meat and still find it not enough.
