Bongwoo Hwaro

Bonguhwaro is a Korean grilled meat restaurant near Gangnam Station where samgyeopsal and beef belly are cooked over a charcoal brazier. Thick cuts of raw samgyeopsal and tender beef belly are served with side dishes such as paechae and perilla leaf, doenjang jjigae, and hangari naengmyeon. Reserving a table means entering right away without a wait, and the raw samgyeopsal arrives cut into easy-to-eat pieces. The dining room is large and clean, suited to dates and group dinners, and the naengmyeon comes in two kinds, dongchimi and hangari.
