Bongdoenjang

Bong Doenjang is a Korean restaurant near Gangnam Station and not far from Yeoksam Station, serving set meals of dried radish greens and yeolmu bibimbap, doenjang jjigae, and samgyeopsal. The bibimbap mixes dried radish greens and yeolmu into a doenjang base and comes with a fried egg, meat, soup, and side dishes. At lunch there can be a line, and each person is given a 300ml bottle of water; the cooking uses no MSG. On days when ingredients run out early, the restaurant closes early.
