Ayajin Saengtae-jjigae Yeoksam

Ayajin Saengtae Jjigae Yeoksam Jikyeongjeom is a restaurant behind Yeoksam Station that serves saengtae jjigae and seafood dishes. A whole saengtae is boiled in a large pot, and when adding internal organs, diners can choose roe or goni. When the stew is fully boiled, staff remove the large saengtae bones in one go, and the restaurant has a large parking lot and valet parking. Weekend evenings can involve a wait, and when saengtae ingredients run out, the dish changes to dongtaetang.
