7Baek Sikdang

7baek Sikdang is a charcoal grill restaurant in Yeoksam, Seoul, serving two-plus-grade Hanwoo and yuksasimi. Its signature platter includes sachi sal, anchang sal, neukgan sal, and galbi deot sal, grilled slowly over charcoal. Staff explain each cut and grill the meat, and the side dishes pair with it. The restaurant's name has changed to Gangnam Jeongyuk Sikdang.
