Pyeongmiga

Pyeongmiga is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon restaurant in Mokdong, Seoul, serving naengmyeon, mandu jeongol, and eobok jaengban. It continues the third-generation style of Buk's Jeil Myeonok, with thick, firm noodles that seem mixed with sweet potato and a distinctive broth. The nokdu jeon is crisp without meat, and the mandu uses a thick northern-style wrapper filled with mung bean sprouts and served with soy sauce. The broth is saltier than elsewhere and has a coarse finish.
