Jejubadang is a restaurant in a Seoul alley that serves hairtail stew, mackerel stew, and aged hoe (raw fish) made with seafood brought from Jeju. The hairtail stew comes with two pieces per person, along with potatoes and radish, and the hoe is served aged. Obunjagi ttukbaegi is available only in winter, and groups must make a reservation. The freshness of the hairtail and other fish can be inconsistent.
