Daon Buckwheat makguksu

Daon Memil Makguksu in Seoul serves dak hanmari with mul makguksu and bibim makguksu made from hand-kneaded buckwheat noodles. The chicken broth is clean without any gamey smell, and the makguksu comes with a mild seasoning and a serving of noodles. Dishes are cooked to order and arrive about 15 minutes after ordering, and the chicken can be eaten with vegetables before finishing with kalguksu and porridge.
