Wonju Bok Chueotang

Wonju Bok Chueotang is a traditional chueotang restaurant across from Wonju High School in Gaeun-dong, Wonju, serving galchueotang and wild whole-loach chueotang. The chueotang comes in a jeongol pot for two portions rather than individual ttukbaegi, and is served with dolsotbap. The broth is thick without a strong artificial seasoning taste, and contains generous amounts of loach and vegetables. There is no parking area, so cars must be parked on the street, making parking difficult.
