Ttaengbeol Makchang

Ttaengbeol Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Sinchon, Jeonju. The makchang is boiled and par-grilled, then finished over charcoal, and the restaurant also serves gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), teukyang, and galmaegisal. Steamed egg, cheonggukjang, and kongnamul-guk come with the meal, and coats can be stored inside the chairs. Prices are on the high side.
