Seunggu Udon is an udon shop in Hyoja-dong, Jeonju. It serves spicy udon made with house-made fresh noodles, along with tonkatsu and jumeokbap. The broth is made with anchovy stock rather than katsuobushi, and the shop drew many customers even in summer. The noodle portion is on the small side, so choosing a double order is better.
