Sin Gane Semeori Gukbap

Singane S omeori Gukbap is a beef-head soup restaurant in Seosin-dong, Jeonju. It serves traditional someori gukbap and seolleongtang, and the modum jeongol contains cuts of beef from different parts of a single cow. At dinner more than half the seats were taken, and the spicy beef arrived about five minutes after ordering. Parking is difficult, requiring several laps by car.
