Pastologize is a pasta restaurant on Gaekridan-gil in Jeonju. It serves bolognese pasta, gnocchi, and a spicy chicken risotto. The kitchen is open, and a wait forms at lunchtime. About three cars can park in front of the shop, and the small space makes large belongings inconvenient.
