Owonjip Main Branch

Owonjip Main Branch in Taepyeong-dong, Jeonju is a late-night restaurant that serves pork grilled over charcoal and gimbap wraps. The pork is domestic Korean pork front leg marinated for more than 24 hours in a house gochujang sauce, then grilled over charcoal and eaten wrapped in gimbap. In the evening a line forms, and customers take a number inside the shop to wait. Many of the customers are young, so the room is louder than a typical drinking spot.
