Jinmijib

Jinmijip Main Branch is an indoor tent-style restaurant in Jeonju that opened in 1976 and serves dwaeji bulgogi, gimbap, and ojingeo bokkeum. The typical way to eat here is wrapping bulgogi grilled over charcoal in gimbap with lettuce and garlic. On a Saturday evening around 8:30, the wait was about an hour and 30 minutes, and the meat being grilled is visible from the table. The portions of meat are not large, and on weekends additional orders of pork and gimbap are not accepted.
