Jangsu Beoseot Maeul

Jangsu Beoseot Maeul is a mushroom shabu-shabu restaurant in Junghwasan-dong 2-ga, Jeonju. The shabu-shabu jeongol is built on a Cordyceps broth with various mushrooms and vegetables added to it. Staff refill banchan and broth on their own when either runs low. The mushroom shabu portion is large enough that finishing both the kimchi kalguksu and the bokkeumbap can be a stretch.
