Hosuni Gamjatang

Hosuni Gamjatang is a gamjatang restaurant in Samcheon-dong, Jeonju. The broth is made with bean sprouts and pork backbone, and the rice can be stir-fried in the remaining broth. On weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., pork bone hangover soup is sold by the portion, and gamjatang is also available for takeout. The portions are large enough that leftover food is often packed up in halves to take home.
