Gilgeoriya is a food shop in Jeonju that sells baguette burgers. Its main item fills a crisp baguette with cabbage and seasoned meat, giving it a ketchup taste with a slight spiciness. It comes out warm as soon as you order, so it is eaten right away. The inside of the baguette is hollow, so the filling is small.
