Daga Susan

Dagasu San is a raw fish restaurant on Gaekridan-gil in Jeonju. It serves sea bass and assorted hoe (raw fish platter), with sea squirt as a basic side dish and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) alongside. Seating works through a wait system in which the restaurant calls you when a table opens, and waits of over 40 minutes have occurred. The phone rang once and stopped, and the missed call caused a lost place in line.
