Vinuls is a Spanish restaurant on the first floor of Atre Ueno, near the JR Shinobazu exit of Ueno Station. Seafood paella can be ordered from one serving, and the lunch set comes with bread and a plate of appetizers. Lunch and Friday evenings are almost fully seated and crowded. The portions tend to be small for adult men.
