Usagiya

Usagiya is a dorayaki shop in Ueno. It sells dorayaki made with soft, moist pancakes and whole red beans with reduced sweetness. Payment is cash only, and the dorayaki does not keep long, so it must be eaten the same day. It is not worth a trip from far away for this one item alone.
