Una-syo Yodobashi Akiba

Unasho Yodobashi AKIBA is a freshwater eel restaurant on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Akiba in Akihabara, Tokyo. It serves hitsumabushi and eel rice bowls. The hitsumabushi comes in one, two, and three-tier portions, with soft eel coated in a sweet-and-salty sauce, and each way of eating it tastes different. Printed instructions in Korean, English, and Chinese explain how to eat it, and staff explain it in person.
