STELLA UENO

STELLA UENO is a restaurant in the basement of UENO11 near Ueno Hirokoji in Tokyo that serves Thai food at lunch. At lunch you can choose a two-item or three-item combo of several dishes. Delivery orders are available through Uber Eats, and there is also a three-item set. The entrance is set back from the building entrance and you go down a narrow staircase, so it is not easy to find at first.
