Shabu Sai Ueno

Shabu Sai Ueno serves all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu with beef, pork, and chicken on the second floor of Sakura Terrace near Ueno Station. Diners choose two of five broth options, and vegetables, noodles, rice, curry, and soft-serve ice cream are taken from a self-service corner. Orders for courses, meat, and broth are placed through a QR code at the table, and weekday lunch runs for 90 minutes. The broth is on the salty side and the space is small.
