Odoya Chokkei Iekei Ramen is an Iekei ramen shop about a 10-minute walk from Akihabara Station. It serves chashu men and negi miso ramen in a thick tonkotsu broth with a strong pork flavor, topped with spinach, green onion, and garlic. At the entrance ticket machine, you insert cash first to buy a meal ticket, then choose noodles, salt level, and oil. At 8 p.m. the wait can run about 50 minutes, and the saltiness of the broth and noodles builds up and makes you thirsty as you eat.
