Okachimachi Menya Musashi Bukotsu

Menya Musashi Okachimachi is a Japanese ramen shop in Okachimachi that serves tonkotsu ramen and tsukemen. The tsukemen noodles are thick and chewy like udon, and are dipped into a rich broth. Around 7 p.m. the wait was about 10 minutes, and orders can be placed at a kiosk in Korean, English, or Chinese. The tsukemen broth is salty and thick, so adding soup or water makes it easier to eat.
